1) When the server first went up, it was a Survival server. Not creative. Oops.

2) You fail to mention which server or servers are your primary interest. We take this into account when making staff choices.
3) You mention "knowing how stuff works" and how to deal with problems, but fail to cite specific examples proving such.

4) Our staff is multinational (IE different time zones). We have enough staff to maintain a presence and handle problems, but you'll rarely see all (or even many) of us on all at once.

I wish to work under l2d but it was not listed in the server select. Ik most of the things that go on and how a couple of commands work like coloured chat, how to fix teleport issues and ik how to address problems like votes not counting. I've had experience as staff on many other servers. I've also been on MW long enough to remember before there was any other servers or even a lobby and maybe it was just survival then. But I remember the first thing I ever saw in the chat was a "hi from cindy_k and mumblerit. I know most players and because of the different time zones of other staff my hours are almost all day through the summer and 4 hours rest of the year. I've been here for quite a while and I really wish to be part of this long standing server. I will attempt to help address problems of any kind (with the help of Google) sorry if there are any problems with this I'm new with this online MW account. ~chasem1

Essay: I've been here along time and I know a lot of the people here and a lot if the staff. I can tell right from wrong such as spam abuse of players or their property and fowl language. Granted I have performed each of these actions in the past I wish that the reader can see past these minor offences and allow me a position of staff such as moderator in either l2d or creative. I understand that you have enough staff already and I understand that they have different time zones and can still solve problems but with my hours (all day in the summer and 4-8 rest of year) I can help these problems be fixed faster. I can help the server by promoting votes. Fixing grief by usage of command, apprehending players who break rules, fix broken teleports via command using plugins or I could help build maps. I believe I have demonstrated that I do not abuse my positions in the servers and somethings on MW. I will take the time to learn each and every command given to my position as to help fix issues faster. Thank you for reading this AGAIN and sorry for anything wrong with it. I'm trying my best

Sorry. I did fix it in that last thread but wasn't sure if it was read. I prefer to be shot down rather then left in the dark

There are only two responses to staff applications: The admin for that server will contact you directly, or no one will reply (which usually means "not right now"). Have patience, continue being a productive member of our community and you'll know if you're selected if an Admin talks to you about it on-server.
