Hello!

My name is PhireBall. (Not sure if my IRL name is required)

I'm filling out this staff application form so that I could become an Ambassador to further help out new players and the server in general.
I've been with MuttsWorldMine for some time now when I started playing on the 'Survival' server and I loved the freedom of it until I found the 'Left 2 Die' server, my new favourite server. I love making big and unique-ish builds, fighting mobs and trying to slay other players.

There are only two possible reasons for not accepting me application;

1. I'm an Aussie and time differences can be difficult
2. I don't have a microphone for teamspeak but I can send messages on it

There is no way you have been playing on mutts longer than me and i've never heard of you. Also, try getting more involved in the community first. You only have one forum post, which is this application.

PhireBall is an amazing player, he is considerate, calm and his ability to tackle problems are exceptional, I have seen him on many times on the L2D server and he is very successful and I personally think he is trustworthy as an Ambassador.

I've heard of you dimattboy! You may not have seen me on because of the Australian time differences and such. Most of my time on Muttsworld has been on the very busy Survival server whilst Skype calling friends; not getting a chance to chat with other members of the Survival server. The Left 2 Die server is a whole different story. I've gotten myself very involved in the community and have made lots of friends to prove it! The reason behind the lack in forums posts is that I am too busy playing on the actual server rather than submitting forums posts.

Alrighty, makes sense with the time differences. You responded positively to my criticism, which is a good thing. Also, just try to get on every once in a while and check the forums and maybe post on some topics. Good luck.

Like stated you need to be more involved in the community, no excuses. With your timezone being further away from the most 'active' userbase it would help you more if you posted on the forums.

DO NOT MAKE POSTS AND THREADS TO SPAM. Make meaningful, and constructive posts and/or threads. I recommend creating interesting threads.

I am pinpointing this quote out as if you are already very busy on the Survival server how will you manage the time to do your job as an ambassador or moderator? Ambassador is not as demanding as Moderator, but, it still needs your attention.

tl;dr: Get active on the forums, log onto irc and stay logged in even if you are idle (unless your computer is shared).

One point I have; I am filling out this form for Moderator/ Ambassador for the L2D server, not the Survival server that I play A LOT less regularly than the L2D server.

I am more or less neutral he is a common player on here and helps out a bit but still i never see him on Team speak so I will stay neutral he may want to become more known in the l2d community get to know all the players and staff well that is all i have to say good luck phireball.

I've spent a fair amount of time speaking with PhireBall and observing his behavior on the server. I consider myself a fairly good judge of character, and believe that PhireBall would make a fine addition to L2D's staff, as an Ambassador. No one is fully prepared for the responsibilities that Moderators are charged with on any Muttsworld server right from the start, but I feel he has a strong sense of right and wrong and would perform the job capably if instructed properly. From what I've seen, he's never hesitated to answer questions from newcomers, aid newbies with starting gear and direction, and correct people on the channels when they're behaving inappropriately. His building skills are also, though admittedly unimportant regarding the matter at hand, rather impressive. He seems to have a fairly good rapport with most of the staff and many of the players, and would be an asset to the L2D server or any other lucky enough to employ his services.

I'd be more than glad to field any other queries regarding his character and reputation, if necessary.
