Hi my IGN name is Novarn and my RL name is Kyle (pronounced Kylee)

I am applying for Moderator or Ambassador.

About me: I am 18 years old, Ii work at pet-smart as a animal/human associate, I am a senior in high school.

I am admin on TheTiGuR's server, he is a Moderator on Tekkit.muttsworldmine.com, he uses logblock so I am experienced in that area, along with world-edit and essentials and many other plugins, so I wouldn't really need training.

I know that patience and tolerance is key being a moderator or ambassador.

I know I have apps in the past that say "your 16" or "your 17" well that's a long story and I would rather not share it.

I am on IRC everyday, and I haven't been on Teamspeak lately because i just don't open it, but if I was needed on Teamspeak I would definitely get on.

If I were to get the staff position, I would be on everyday after work.

I also know to not hand out items and deal with the people that say "i died and lost everything can i have it back?" I know that they cannot get there stuff back because there is no evidence of what they had.

Please put this application into consideration, and leave a comment! :-P

(please don't post stuff about previous apps, i really don't want to deal with the trolls on the server coming to me and saying crap)

As staff you'll have to regularly deal with trolls who just want to mess with you. If you can show that you can handle them on the forums then it gives us a good idea of how you will handle them in-game. Other than that it's a good app, I don't know you to well so I have nothing else to add.

I'm going to still say no. There have been a few times I have been on some alts and "trolling" (Its amazing how people will act if it is somebody they do not suspect a staff or regular) and you were pretty rude. Dealing with trolls and not taking what they say to heart is what we need as a Chat Moderator.

I knew someone would say that, so I realize that people would try to get in your head and make you mad, but I would deal with thoughs like an adult would not handle it like a little kid,

Nrokin: I don't remember ever being rude to a troll, I normally just troll them back.

Novarn had been helpful to both the players and the staff from what I have seen. I say give her a shot at ambassador and see how she does and go from there. *DISCLAIMER*- i reserve the right to continue slapping her daily tho..lol

Novarn has lots of energy wanting to help out when she's around. She can be a bit Novarn-ish, but as far as I have seen, she is happy to help out. She pushed me to get my server that I have for my kids up and running better tekkit-wise and is learning misc stuff there, although not quite the same setup as what Mutts has.

I also reserve the right to rocket Novarn at any time, even if she might die upon landing.

I'd Say being staff on another server seems like it could be a bit of an issue. Other than that I say +1 for ambassador to start. Oh and Team Speak is important, it's a good way for other staff to get to know you, so you should be on there as much as possible.

and yea I realize my name is close to the goddess novra, and sometimes when i'm on they say "Novra why are you a diplomat? did you get demoted" and its kinda funny

I haven't been on tekkit in a while, but when I was there, Novarn always seemed pretty active and helpful in chat.

I am going to agree with nrokin on this application. There have been incidents in the past where I have noticed a few not-so-nice things being said to people on the Tekkit server. I'm not sure if I can trust that you'll represent Muttsworld and its staff in a positive light. It is critical that you're able to deal with rowdy children spamming chat and grifting blocks, but it is also necessary that your tone is never unfriendly toward new or old players. As staff, you'll need to deal with all people on the server maturely and appropriately at all times. Because of past actions, I cannot trust that you can do this all the time.

I work for Novarn on tekkit, me and my friend sold our company to her, and she made it a huge business. Just a run-on sentence on how she works.
She is a helpful and nice player on tekkit, who I think would be a good addition to staff. She helps out in chat frequently and gets along well almost all the time. +1 for ambassador.

Novarn and I have come to know each other on tekkit. I know she would do a good job. But a tip...if youre going to build near her factory...make sure she doesn't plan on putting quarries right where you build your compound!

Honestly, the day novarn got on PvP server, I invited her to my clan due to knowing her a little bit on tekkit. So I've seen more aspects of her than some people. I fully believe that she will make for a good moderator. However people CAN become drunk with power if given too much too quickly. And novarn is pretty good with dealing trolls. She started off the server in Risen's (His favorite question is do you have a big mouth, just to prove a point) clan XD

I heard her talking to ripper kid in Teamspeak about trying to glitch stuff out of mobarena so they can report it as a bug and a mod might 'give' them items for being 'responsible' and reporting the bug. I kept saying that wouldn't work as almost everyone knows there is a glitch in mobarena to get stuff out. They then started talking about after they report it, they will do it again, to get unbreakable swords and poitions.

Actually we never said that, i don't need anything from the arena. and that's not even about this application.........

Mojoworkin if you could tell me who i was "rude" to, that would be more helpful, i dont recall ever being extremly rude to people. normally when i get trolled i troll right back. (but not in global. (/tell) )
