Hello there!

 

Im Imogen, And Im applying for a staff role on the creative server,I enjoy playing mutts and am a very approachable person.
If I saw a spammer on the server i would very politely ask them to slow down with the adverts or just stop altogether,
If I saw some conflict i would ask them to either sort it out in local or in /tell, if they continued to argue i would mute them for one minute so they see that this is the wrong way to go about things. If I were staff i would be sure to welcome newcomers and always be there to help where needed, i am online almost every day and I have common sense that could come in handy during moreqs involving an arguement.
I never take sides and am normally a person to see both sides before deciding what the best solution is.
I have been on mutts for around 3 years and have no interest in moving servers anytime soon, I have a lot of friends and we both help eachother through thick and thin and with others i feel that i can trust them more than some friends i have in real life.

 

If my application gets denied i will not be angry or upset but will carry on as i normally would and maybe retry in the future, I hope you take my application into consideration
