This is my introduction to my Creative/Prison application. First, I know everyone says this, but it's a key to being staff: I love helping people. I'm best at grammar mistakes and commands, like how to get a plot, or which channel is the correct one to use for whatever the person may need or be talking about. I understand that staff is not something to be given away or rewarded with. A staff position is something you earn, something you need to work hard to get. It's not like Diplomat, where all you have to do is buy it, or you can get it for Christmas, etc. You need to earn it depending on your actions and how you treat other players. Second, the reason I can't use Teamspeak is because I share a computer with my sister at the moment, and since it is her computer, I can't download anything. She doesn't get Teamspeak because she never uses it. I know that most staff vote daily, and I am trying to. Sometimes I'm busy, and sometimes, I'll admit, I just don't vote, but I'm going to vote daily again. I've been trying to lately whenever I can. I have my immature moments, but for the most part, I think I act mature. Besides, nobody likes a staff member that never jokes around and is always serious, though staff needs to be able to handle situations without making a joke out of it. I've asked some staff, and they say that my personality, actions, etc. are good for being staff, but that was only a few staff members. All the staff needs to come together to an agreement when it comes to applications. If, let's say, Safyo accepted an application without BatesMine's permission, Bates might not have agreed to having that player as staff, and might take away their role as staff, which nobody wants that, right? Coming back to Teamspeak, though I can't use it, I'm almost always on Discord when I use the computer. If any players need to contact me, they can through Discord. I'm hardworking for the most part, and, as I said, love helping people. I love helping people so much that, as an adult, I'd actually like to become a teacher, not just because I like helping people, but because, if anyone doesn't know how to do a certain thing, I always love helping to teach them. Since most staff that I know of is in their late teens or is an adult, I think it would be fun to see what a kid staff member can do. That's up to you guys to decide. That will conclude my application.
