I have already sent an app to Survival, but it was not very clear, it got a bit messy. So now I am trying to be an Ambassador on creative Muttsworld. Here is my essay. I am 14 years old. I am turning 15 on January 25th. My name is Maryann, also known as Mern. I think I should be an Ambassador in Muttsworld Creative, Because I feel like I can help with chat, and the community. I am always on Muttsworld, from about 4:00 AM - 9:00 PM on weekdays, 7:00 AM to 11:30 on weekends.

I'd get IRC if I were you. Also, I find it kinda hard to believe that you're on from 4am to 9pm... thats 17 hours...

While I do agree that Creative does need a few more experienced ambassadors, we don't need people that say they will do the job. We need people who already to the job, helping out new players, answering questions, being helpful, not being annoying etc. So far I haven't seen you doing any of this, so now would be a good time to get started, if you are looking to one day become an ambassador. That is my advice to you, take it or leave it.
I help people sometimes, and now i can do IRC. so for IRC its a yes. I do help people, i help my friends build what they need but that doesnt mean i dont help strangers. I guess ill help more now.
Im determined to be ambassador so i will definitley help the players.

Be seen fulfilling the duties of ambassador without the title and you stand a better chance. Random +1's on your application don't really do anything.
Be noticed, for positive things, on the server and chances re you'll get asked eventually.
Five, you only seem to want to help when you`re being watched by another staff member, you ask me when you should help, the answers always. don`t try so hard, just be a good player
I do help people even when mods are offline, and im not trying too hard, im just trying to help. I think im being very helpful, even when mods are offline.

The only reason I got into chat was because every other player was embarrassingly inadequate about answering basic questions(although I consider myself inadequate now), I never really intended to become a "chat helper", but then it became my thing to do. Helping in chat should be second nature.

If you are calling meimmature, please do not. I am not immature. Sometimes I play around with people, only because I am friendly. Its not immature, its stating a fact.

I don't think I have actually ever seen you on creative actively. It could be time zones but when I do see you, you don't help out all that much.
You say you have only been on Muttsworld 3 month. I would recommend spending more time on interacting with the community especially since Creative is quite an attention needing server. Give it 3 more months and really work on becoming more than a helping hand. Become someone people can ask for help.
