First of all, let me say that this will probably get denied, but I just ate a brownie so I'm feeling pretty good.
Hello, you probably all know me as WeArePants. (I'm thinking of changing my name to something more... idk lol) I'm 15 years old, a total nerd, and pretty cool (that's what my mom tells me) I'm an amby on Creative, but as you all know, Creative is pretty dead. I want to have a better position on this server as I am pretty sure that I can handle it. I'm applying for the ambassador position on the Survival server.
Now, I know that there are lots of ambassadors on Survival, and I know that, but I think that we can use all the help we can get. I have a sense of humor (I wear those cool socks that have the individual toes. I know.) I can be mature if necessary. I have lots of fun on this server and I think that the position of ambassador will serve me well as it isn't that much of a commitment.
I have pretty good grades, and school always comes first in my book. I want to maintain these grades, so I won't be involved in the server that much. However, I'm on on the weekends pretty much the whole day. My school goes the whole morning as I wake up pretty much 3 minutes before I have to leave for school until about 6:00 EST. Weekends are free, like I said. I think that my history on this server has been shaky, but I'm willing to put that dumb behind me.
Overally, I think that I would be a good choice for the ambassador positions. Leave any feedback below, and tell me anything, I swear I won't get mad this time. Hoki =D

Don't even need to mention maturity. It isn't something you for you decide, it's a subjective trait.
I bet lots of people don't think ambassador is a commitment when I'm running every chat even when I don't want to be on the damn server.
Saying you won't be involved is just about the most simple way to get an application denied.
That no commitment thing really pissed me off.
Heads, we make you wait.
Tails, we make you wait.
And if it lands on it's edge, I'll ban dragonshear and Skyler. (and you still get to wait)
Basically, I think that, even though you show you can handle the job on creative, it would probably be best to wait a little while before taking on the job, seeing as how survival has....about 100xs more people in it than creative does.
You seemed you have gotten a little better in the face of trolls (Read: Dragonshear and Jip) but I'm still not sure you can handle them that well yet.
If you would change this in your mind:
"I can be mature if necessary"
change that to
"I can be mature when need be"
basically it means that I can be humorous some of the time, but if I have to be mature about things, I can be.
About the commitment, I also meant to mean it as more;
I can be on and doing my business and also moderating the chat whilst still playing, I didn't mean it like you interpreted it at all, and if that offended you, which it obviously did, I am sorry.
That last one, you kind of twisted my words around. I gave an explanation of when I can be on and when I can't. I didn't mean that I wouldn't be involved in the server, as I already am, I meant that I won't have as much IGT as I normally would as I am in a writing club afterschool for three hours.
Like I said, I am a major dinkus for not reading through this, and I feel ashamed at this inadequate behavior.

I get what you mean, but I think that I have waited the amount of time necessary.
So far, this app isn't going so well, but I think that it isn't as much of an app as more of a test to see where I can improve.
I think you've underestimated the amount of time and commitment it takes to handle a larger server, but this isn't a bad app so don't be too discouraged. Next time don't add weird comments in brackets
Honestly, In some ways you would be a good ambassasdor.
However, Your lack of commitment does counteract it and as wooney stated, Your rarely on, And a minimun is 1 Hour every day {I think it still is, Dunt Know}

That whole "being rash" thing is stupid, because if I did something without thinking about it, I can easily just undo it...
I was an ambassador back when the Creative server had 20 people on it at a time. I have a small portion of training.
Also Templar_007 you shouldn't be going on to other people's apps speaking total jib-jab when your application recently got denied... just saying.
And no you can't....
Take the advise/critics and improve those points.

What I was asking for was constructive criticism. Constructive criticism is criticism that can help me improve. Saying "No" is a perfect example of destructive criticism.
a. Immaturity
b. Not being able to handle constructive criticism.
Then tell me I can't handle any sort of criticism.
Also no one cares what kind of criticism you want, you get what you receive, people have opinions of you, you need to listen to them.
