Not a mod, just your friendly Tonic. I was giving you a bit of advice on making a better app. Unfortunately, not using TS(teamspeak) and IRC are generally not good. You need to be able to be contacted if something goes awry. Another issue i can't get past is, you say you have been on for 8 months... I don't recall ever seeing you play. It could be that we just happen to be getting on at different times, but i would have thought we would have seen each other at some point.

Essay: My name is Tyler, i want to be a mod to help people fix griefing because i hate it when people grief me now and i think that it is really cool when people fix the griefs that are on my house. I normally go on every day at 7:00pm-7:30pm and i stay on for and hour or two. i play football and have fun and have been getting good grades so i really want to become a mod.

• Not what she meant, I'm sure. Though they are personal interests, she was merely stating they aren't doing anything for you in terms of getting promoted, because you added it to your essay portion.

You give absolutely no information that would help your chances of being promoted to a staff member. Do you have any prior staff experience? Do you know the plugins we use; how to use them?

You will not be promoted if you don't use Teamspeak or Irc, seeing that you don't and seeing your post count is a good way of telling that you're not very active in the community. (Which, surprisingly, is needed)

First of all, telling you that you have to be dedicated to something doesn't mean that you have to fail at everything else.
Second of all, you are not 22, and you are not 74 inches tall.
Third of all, making stupid assumptions and than basing all comments afterwards on those assumptions is not a good way to win ANY argument.
Fourth of all, if you just flip through servers looking for one to make you a moderator, then you are in for a rough ride.
And finally, if you insult my husband again there will be hell to pay.

Haha, even though the kid is gone and this thread is useless i do agree. I am a dumb sommabich but i still made ambass. And i'm not the worst at it either. I could say that i went to Some superficial technical school for computers and crap but it won't mean i would make a good staff person.
