20x20, Sitting on the ocean, Near Old Spawn5, Relatively low grief, Price on 50-75 mums, Acess to farm and Brewing (More local utilities soon)
Wanna see them yourself? Go to Canopy 6. Exit off that island, and there is a few blocks to swim to the next Island, my island where you can look around.
