Real estate solution for home sellers/buyers on survival

Whenever I am on the survival server, I see the message, "The staff DOES NOT support the selling of land".
I thought to myself, is there even a group of individuals who would want to get into the real estate game? The answer is sadly, not enough. I believe people's fear of being banned for "griefing" a house they bought from another player has stopped many players from trying to find a good builder. Now, if we had a plugin like the Estate Plugin - http://dev.bukkit.or...er-mods/estate/ - , then maybe some of the older players who have mastered all the mcmmo skills, have made the most impressive houses, and have just gotten bored with survival will have a new perspective on building.
The plugin comes with many Mumblerit friendly permissions/features that will sooth any worries he might have:
-Permissions for how many real estate plots a player can have.
-Permissions for who can buy estates, who can create estates, and general plot protection permissions.
-And configs for tweaking the settings of this plugin to a survival compatible level.

Seems interesting, could be a fun way to earn money: building and selling houses to players.
We do not support selling of land, because it's free for everyone.
If you want it to be yours, then you can 'develop' it which makes it your 'claim'.
Selling houses, that's a different story.
Not everyone is a good builder and some may want some help.
This is the mindset you should have:
I support the building and selling of houses, however, I think the true road to success will be to take the role of an architect.
Take notes of what someone wants. size, style, what in it, etc.
And then build what they want with an advance payment.
They beauty lies in the fact that you can order a house and it will be build for you at the location you desire, instead of prefabs.
