Various Updates

The ban appeals forum was a mess, and we missed a lot of appeals. We make mistakes, we are human, but hopefully it will be a little better now.  The new bug reports/feature requests section should hopefully lead to quicker resolution of website and server bugs.  Please visit it frequently to rate the topics, as I will be using this to determine what to fix next, or what to add next.  As for the statistics page, this has been the result of a lot of hard work, and MCdigr is looking to improve, do me and Josborn8 a favor  and sign up, and give feedback as to how he can improve the service for normal users.
