How Would I Load A .gif As My Profile Picture?

you can, but it has to be small enough so that it doesnt get resized.

You can also use them in the sig :D, I had to use Adobe Imageready to resize mine.
Disturbingly as it is, I find dragonshears list pretty accurate.
